Turmeric Almond Milk w/ Ginger

Ingredients

1 1/2 tsp ground turmeric root

3/4 tsp ground ginger root

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Pinch ground nutmeg

1/8 tsp sea salt

2 cups unsweetened almond milk

1 tbsp honey

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a saucepan and whisk until combined.

  2. Bring to a simmer and let cook for 2 to 3 minutes, then remove from heat.

  3. Sprinkle with turmeric and serve hot or refrigerate and serve cold.
