Super Dark Chocolate Pumpkin Spice Cups

Ingredients
2 bars Alter Ego Super Blackout Dark Chocolate, melted
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
3 tbsp cashew butter
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp coconut oil
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Directions
Break up the chocolate into small squares and melt very slowly in the microwave.
Pour about half of the melted chocolate into mini muffin cups, reserve the remainder for later.
Let chill in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes.
Mix together all other ingredients to create a smooth puree.
Add a tsp of the puree to each muffin cup and top with remaining melted chocolate.
Chill in refrigerator until chocolate is set. Sprinkle with a touch of pumpkin spice. Enjoy!
